ERA will offer a refund or exchange (if stock is available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) after 14 working days of receiving the Goods. You must return the goods to us - please try to return items in or with their original packaging with their labels intact. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the Shipment Confirmation email sent to your nominated email address on dispatch.
Refunds must be made through the website, following the returns procedure documented on the “Returns Form” supplied inside your original order. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession, and if you fail to do so we may have a right to make a claim against you for compensation. We recommend therefore that you wrap your items safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to ERA. In case of a return of a product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay your order and the way such product would be returned, refund of payment shall be concluded within 8 days from the date we shall receive the product. If the reason for returning a product lies with a company's error, ERA undertakes to deliver order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company's fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost.
Right of replacement
The company cannot provide replacement service. In case consumers wish to change any product, they need to return such product to the company and make a new order.
